Do's & Dont's to Improve Your Mental Well-Being

When we behave well, when we think positively and when we experience and express good and positive emotions -  then it is our mental well being achieved. 

The following are some Do’s & Dont’s that will help us improve our mental well being. 


Do's:

1. Identify your strengths as well as weaknesses

2. Determine and live your personal values.

3. Develop some interests or hobbies in life 

4. Take time out for meditation and prayer regularly

5. Eat well, sleep well, exercise and look after your physical health.


Dont’s:

1. Don't hate anybody. 

2. Don't compare yourself with others. 

3. Don't get angry or upset easily.

4. Don't blame yourself unnecessarily
